Erika Engelson

Director and Associate General Counsel, Americas Co-Head of Litigation and Regulatory Enforcement, Deutsche Bank AG

Erika Engelson currently serves as the Head of Litigation and Regulatory Enforcement for the Americas, and is a Managing Director and Associate General Counsel in Deutsche Bank’s Legal Department, where she manages class action and commercial litigation disputes, internal investigations and related regulatory enforcement matters and monitorships.

Prior to joining Deutsche Bank in 2012, Erika was a Special Counsel at Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft LLP, where she represented institutional and individual clients in litigation and regulatory matters, with a particular focus on securities and complex commercial disputes. Erika started her career as an associate at Holland & Knight LLP focusing on product liability and commercial litigation matters.
