Faisal Khan
Faisal Khan is a management consultant, executive coach, and trainer specializing in positive leadership, employee engagement, and resilience. He is the founder of 1ExtraordinaryLife, LLC, a business that helps organizations optimize their talent through research-based practices and data science.
In addition to his substantial leadership experience in corporate finance and technology, Faisal is an expert in applied positive psychology, the science of human flourishing, and its application in organizations.
Faisal holds master’s degrees from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, and a Master in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a professional certified coach, an organization and relationship systems coach, and a certified Dare to Lead facilitator (based on the research of Brené Brown).
A passionate educator, Faisal serves as an assistant instructor in the Master of Applied Positive Psychology program at the University of Pennsylvania, collaborating with Dr. Martin Seligman, the founder of positive psychology. He is also an executive coach with the Wharton McNulty Leadership Program and a lecturer for Wharton Executive Education. His thought leadership has earned him a spot on the Forbes Coaching Council.
Born in London and now based in the U.S., Faisal has lived and worked across the U.K., Asia, and Guam. Fluent in English, Urdu, and Hindi, he brings a global perspective to his work, empowering individuals and organizations to achieve extraordinary results.
