Gwendolyn M. Taylor currently serves as Senior Vice President, Senior Counsel at Benjamin F. Edwards where provides legal advice to the firm’s compliance and business areas. Prior to that she served as Chief Compliance Officer and General
Counsel of Stern Brothers, an independent Woman-Owned Business Enterprise investment bank and was responsible for the firm’s legal, compliance, and regulatory areas. Starting her career at Edward Jones as Compliance Counsel, she has extensive
regulatory and securities experience in the financial services industry.

Gwendolyn received her juris doctor degree from Saint Louis University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration-Finance from Clark Atlanta University.
