Regulatory Reporting Advisor to Acting SEC Chair, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission

Hugh Beck joined the SEC’s Enforcement Division after graduating from BYU Law School in 2003. He served as counsel to the Division’s Market Abuse Analysis & Detection Center for seven years before becoming the SEC’s Enterprise Data Strategist in its Office of the Chief Data Officer. He currently serves as a senior adviser on regulatory reporting to acting SEC Chair Allison Herren Lee.
