Jackie Beauprez

SVP, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, D.A. Davidson & Co.

Jackie Beauprez currently serves as D.A. Davidson Companies SVP & General Counsel. In that capacity she is responsible for the firm’s Legal, Compliance, Registrations, and Internal Audit functions. She joined D.A. Davidson Companies in June 2017 and until January 2023 she also served as the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer. Jackie was with Raymond James from 2012 to 2017 and served as VP, Chief Regulatory Officer Compliance and prior to that as VP & Director of Regulatory Affairs Compliance. Prior that Jackie was Associated General Counsel and Fixed Income Compliance Officer for D.A. Davidson & Co. from 2005 to 2012; Associate Legal Counsel for Kirkpatrick Pettis from 2002 to 2005 and Associate Legal Counsel for Fiserv Correspondent Services, Inc. from 1999-2002. Jackie received a BA From the University of Colorado -Boulder and a JD from Marquette University Law School and is a CRCP.
