Jacqueline Angell

Chief Compliance Officer, The Vanguard Group, Inc.

Jacqueline (“Jacki”) Angell is a principal and serves as Chief Compliance Officer of The Vanguard Group, Inc. and the Vanguard funds. Ms. Angell’s organization provides expertise and oversight of Vanguard’s regulated activities through the development and implementation of compliance programs. Prior to joining Vanguard, Ms. Angell held various legal and compliance roles in financial services, most recently she served as the Chief Compliance Officer for State Street Corporation.

Ms. Angell earned a B.S. from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell and a J.D from Suffolk University Law School.
