Jamie M. Gershkow

Jamie M. Gershkow is a Partner at Stradley Ronon in New York. Jamie focuses her practice on advising investment companies, independent trustees and investment advisers on regulatory and compliance matters and securities laws. She frequently counsels on the formation, registration, and ongoing compliance of investment companies, including exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and money market funds. Jamie assists clients with money fund management, operations, and regulatory compliance, including analyzing recently proposed amendments to Rule 2a-7, developing and reviewing compliance procedures, conducting training sessions for money fund personnel, advising on day‐to‐day portfolio management compliance matters for money funds and reviewing money fund regulatory filings.

Jamie is a frequent speaker on money market funds and ETFs and has been quoted in industry publications, including Ignites and BoardIQ. Jamie was named a Rising Star by Fund Intelligence in 2020. Jamie serves as Co-Head of Events and Education for the New York Chapter of Women in ETFs, an organization seeking to develop and sponsor talent, honor the achievements of women and invest in the ETF community. Jamie also serves as Chair of Stradley’s Hiring Committee. Jamie graduated magna cum laude from Drexel University School of Law and magna cum laude from the University of Maryland.
