Jasmine Sims

Jasmine currently serves as the Chief of Staff to the Office of the General Counsel at Vanguard. In this capacity, Jasmine supports divisional strategy and operations for Vanguard’s legal, compliance, investment stewardship, and public policy functions. Prior to this role, Jasmine has spent several years in client-facing leadership and corporate finance roles and began her career in 2012 through Vanguard’s leadership development program. She earned a BA in Political Science from Auburn University, an MS in Management from Wake Forest University, and an MBA from Duke University. She also holds her FINRA 7, 63, and 24 licenses and is a CFP® certificant.
