Jeanine Qasim
Jeanine Qasim is a managing director and head of Securities Operations in Wells Fargo’s Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB), with more than 20 years of experience in financial services. Jeanine currently leads Fixed Income and Equity Settlements, Cash Management and Asset Servicing for CIB Operations. She previously led the Process Review and Enhancement (PRE) Program, a team that proactively assesses and monitors the risk and control environment across CIB Operations. Jeanine co-sponsors the Talent Council and serves as the chair of the Operations Leadership Program (OLP) for CIB Operations.
Jeanine joined Wells Fargo in 2014 to design and deliver the Control Self Inspection Program (CSIP) in the PRE team, which included the build out of the department’s risk infrastructure and measures. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Jeanine spent 14 years in Capital Markets Operations at Bank of America. She started her career in a leadership development program and shifted her focus to risk management in 2008.
Jeanine earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo and her MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. Jeanine’s Risk Aggregation Tool concept was patented by Wells Fargo in 2016. Jeanine resides in Charlotte with her husband and two children. In her free time, she enjoys participating in or volunteering with local theater and music organizations.
