
Jennifer Kingston
Jennifer leads the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Colleague Experience and Total Rewards initiatives at Edward Jones. Prior to her current role, Jennifer was a part of the Edward Jones Legal Division and led the Employment and Benefits area, as well as the Commercial Transactions, Tax and IP teams. Before coming to Edward Jones, Jennifer was a successful trial attorney who began her career as a law clerk for the U.S. District Court, Western District of Missouri. Jennifer was also a General Partner at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner and Dowd Bennett LLP, where she represented clients facing significant, complex and high-stakes civil litigation in state and federal courts throughout the country.
Jennifer is deeply involved in the St. Louis, MO community, having served on Susan G. Komen® Missouri’s Board of Directors since 2011 and currently serving as the board president. Komen’s mission is to end breast cancer by investing in research, education, screening and treatment. Jennifer also serves on the Board of Forest Park Forever, whose mission is to restore, maintain, and sustain Forest Park, one of America’s great urban public parks.
Jennifer received her undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis and her law degree from the University of Missouri in Columbia, and she is a member of the Missouri and Illinois bar associations.
