Jennifer Knox

Assistant General Counsel and Executive Director, Wells Fargo

Jennifer Knox is an Executive Director and Assistant General Counsel in Wells Fargo’s Legal Department. As a member of the Bank Regulatory team, she advises the enterprise on prudential U.S. bank and bank holding company regulations.

Prior to joining Wells Fargo in 2018, Jennifer was a Partner at Reed Smith in its Financial Institutions Group, where her practice concentrated on commercial restructuring and bankruptcy matters.

Jennifer received her J.D., with high honors, from Rutgers University School of Law and her B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
