John Spence is a respected authority in business leadership and strategy. At 26, John was the CEO of an international Rockefeller Foundation, managing initiatives across more than 20 countries. His exceptional leadership potential was recognized early on by Inc. Magazine, which named him one of America’s Up and Coming Young Business Leaders.

John has received numerous awards from prestigious organizations, a testament to his impact and expertise in the business world. He has been acknowledged as one of America’s Top 100 Business Thought Leaders. The American Management Association listed him as one of America’s Top 50 Leaders to Watch, an honor he shared with Sergey Brin and Larry Page from Google and Jeff Bezos from Amazon, placing him alongside some of the most influential figures in modern business.

A voracious learner, John dedicates himself to reading over 100 business books yearly, constantly expanding his deep knowledge. He has delivered guest lectures at over 90 colleges and universities globally, such as MIT, Stanford, Cornell, and the Wharton School of Business

Throughout the course of his career, he has owned or led four companies as CEO. He now serves in advisory capacities, including as a board member for several organizations, and has a strategic partnership with Pivot & Pace, a premier business consultancy in Christchurch, New Zealand.
