Jonathan Goldman

Jonathan Goldman is a Vice President in the Institutional Asset Services team at Morgan Stanley, where he has worked for over 17 years. He has worked in various global and domestic Corporate Action roles including corporate action data validation, mandatory distributions, proxy and class actions. He currently manages the Prime Brokerage Asset Services Client Service team, and his firm’s transfer agent relationship. He is also Global Proxy product owner supporting both retail and institutional customers.

Prior to his role at Morgan Stanley, Jonathan worked at Lazard Asset Management, and received his bachelor’s degree from Washington and Lee University.
