Josh Horowitz
Josh is a Principal in PwC’s Banking and Capital Markets Advisory Practice, with over 20 years of industry experience working with financial services companies on business and regulatory change.
Josh leverages his knowledge of financial products, business processes and controls, and change management to lead and advise Banking institutions on a number of key significant Regulatory change engagements including: Swap Dealer Registration and Swap Dealer Compliance Program design, Uncleared Margin for OTC Derivatives (CFTC), Securities Based-Swap Dealer Program Design, and Volcker Rule Implementation. Josh has led Swap Dealer programs at over a dozen institutions covering over two dozen swap dealing entities.
Josh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Yeshiva University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from New York University.
