
Joshua Jungman
Josh Jungman currently serves as Chief, Program Strategy & Implementation for the Compliance Division of the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Compliance Division leads OFAC’s engagement and partnership with the private sector, including the general public, as well as with regulatory bodies in the public sector and industry associations. Previously, Josh held several other positions in government, including leading Treasury’s international engagement relating to investment screening on behalf of the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS). He also served as an attorney in the U.S. government and practiced law at WilmerHale before entering government. He began his career as a law clerk to a federal district court judge in the Central District of California. Josh holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. in government from Harvard College.
