Julie Lyman

Managing Director and Associate General Counsel, Bank of America Merrill Lynch

Julie is Managing Director and Associate General Counsel for Bank of America’s Global Wealth and Investment Management business where she focuses on legal advice and support for Merrill’s full range of investment advisory services, wrap fee programs and brokerage services. Prior to Bank of America, Julie was in-house counsel supporting proprietary investment companies, investment advisers, broker/dealers and transfer agents at Natixis and then John Hancock. Julie was also previously part of the investment management practice group at the law firm of K&L Gates where she specialized in advising financial services companies relating to their services and products. Julie is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School and Providence College.
