Krista Ryan

Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, Fidelity Investments

Krista Ryan is a Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel with Fidelity Investments and leads a legal team that provides advice and support to Fidelity’s institutional brokerage trading and operations, fund operations and fund supermarket business units. Prior to her current role, Krista helped lead Fidelity’s advocacy and implementation efforts with respect to the Dodd-Frank Act and supported Fidelity’s retail broker-dealer.

Ms. Ryan is an Advisory Committee Member of the Financial Information Forum and a graduate of the University of Massachusetts and Brooklyn Law School.
