Lauren Mullen
Lauren Mullen is a senior equities counsel at JP Morgan Securities. She provides legal advice on all aspects of the cash equities trading business, including electronic trading, market structure, research sales, commission management and the ETF authorized participant business. She assists clients in navigating all regulatory concerns relating to issues under the ’33 and ’34 Acts, both ’40 Acts and self-regulatory organization rules. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Lauren was senior counsel at Bank of America Merrill, counsel at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe covering the equities markets and special counsel in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Trading and Markets covering alternative trading systems, securities distributions and syndicate trading. Lauren graduated from Columbia University and received her law degree from William and Mary.
