Mark Rhodes

Mark is Deputy General Counsel for Global Research at Citi, responsible for implementing global best practices for Equity Research and Global Strategy and Macro Research in light of evolving global regulations, market practices and business priorities.  Prior to this current role, Mark managed the Control Group at Citi and before that, he headed the legal team covering the Citi M&A department and handled investment banking issues including conflict resolution.  His initial position at Citi was heading the investment banking legal team at Citicorp.  Prior to moving in-house, Mark was an international capital markets attorney at Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy.

Mark earned a BA with distinction from Cornell University in 1983 and a JD with honors from New York University School of Law in 1986.
