Matt Gates

Matthew is a Manager within the Financial Crimes Unit at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). In this role, he is responsible for advising and assisting clients on a broad range of financial crimes compliance issues, ranging from AML and sanctions program transformation and remediation, designing target operating models, conducting program and risk assessments, and beyond. Prior to joining PwC, Matthew was a VP of Financial Crimes Compliance at Goldman Sachs, and spent 7 years at FINRA performing complex sales practice and anti-money laundering investigations. Matthew holds an M.S. in Finance from Indiana University, and is CFCS and CAMS certified.
