Matt Pawlowski

Matt is a New York-based Senior Manager in Ernst & Young’s Financial Services Consulting practice, specializing in Capital Markets and Post Trade Operations. He brings over 17 years of experience in trade operations management, regulatory reform, process re-engineering and process control design. Matt is the co-lead of EY’s Capital Markets Operations Transformation Service line and is leading the Accelerated Settlement / T+1 offering.

Prior to joining EY, Matt spent 7+ years in various middle office and back-office roles within global markets operations.

He has deep experience assisting clients in addressing business and operational implications of both industry / regulatory change and business process design.
