Matthew Dougherty
Matthew currently serves as the Deputy AML and Financial Crimes Officer for Raymond James’ independent advisor business unit, Raymond James Financial Services Inc. (RJFS). Before joining Raymond James, Matthew was a Compliance Section Manager and the AML/Financial Crimes Officer at the Huntington Investment Company, a bank broker-dealer, for almost 10 years. Matthew also spent several years at JPMorgan Chase handling disputes and regulatory actions, plus several years in private practice handling civil litigation and investigations for insurance companies.
Matthew holds a B.S. in Journalism from Ohio University and a J.D. from Capital University. He also has his CAM certification and maintains the FINRA Series 7 and 24 licenses.
