Max Iori

Global Head of the Technology & Data Legal Group, Morgan Stanley

Max Iori is a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley in the Legal and Compliance Division serving as the Global Head of the Technology & Data Legal practice group, based in New York.  Max has over 25 years of legal experience and oversees Morgan Stanley’s Legal Group responsible for new and emerging technology, intellectual property, privacy, cyber security, information management, marketing, third party, and operations.
Max received a bachelor’s degree in English and Psychology from Assumption University, a law degree from Quinnipiac University, and a masters in business administration in information technology from the University of Connecticut School of Business.
Max serves as the Chair of the Technology & Regulation Subcommittee of SIFMA, is an executive board member (and past president) of the Quinnipiac University School of Law Alumni Association and is a founding member of the Customer Advisory Boards for Sirion, a leading legal technology provider.
