Meredith is well-known for her ability to help clients develop strategies to pragmatically manage, protect and optimize data use within the constraints applied by law and contract. Meredith’s practice includes high stakes litigation, pre-dispute counseling, negotiating licensing and technology transactions as well as providing actionable risk assessment and mitigation guidance. Whether it be in a board room, a conference room or a court room, Meredith’s clients rely on her to bring equal parts strategic vision and precision in execution to every matter she handles. Meredith received her JD from Boston College and her undergraduate degree from Bowdoin College.
