Managing Director, Global Head of Custody Data, Citi

Michele is the Global Head of Custody Data, where Michele’s focus is on assessing Citi data and delivery channel capabilities to align services against the needs of our client base. She is also responsible for defining global strategy, product developments, and ensuring operational efficiency. Prior to this role, Michele was the Head of NAM Custody Product Strategic Initiatives, Securities Services Head for the US Market as well as the North America Global Custody Product Head.

Michele has been with Citi over 25 years. She represents Citi on numerous Industry bodies such as ISITIC, Association for Global Custodian and DTCC Advisory Councils. Michele is the recipient of Global Custodian Magazine’s 2023 North America Industry Person of the Year.
