Monica Ilyevsky

Monica Ilyevsky is Vice President, Marketing at SIFMA. She is based in New York, NY, and is responsible for brand, content, digital, social media and event marketing.

With a deep background in the financial services and tech industries as a marketing director, project manager, business process analyst and technical writer, Monica is a passionate audience advocate focused on delivering compelling content and seamless customer experiences across multiple platforms using data-driven strategies and user research.

Prior to joining SIFMA, she held key positions in marketing, project management and business analysis at software development and Microsoft Partner firms, Tallan Inc. and twentysix New York (which was acquired by Tallan in 2010).

Before that, Monica was a business analyst and technical writer in the product management group of the first all-electronic options exchange, International Securities Exchange (ISE, acquired by Nasdaq in 2016). She began her career at IBM Australia, where she was assigned to high profile business transformation projects for enterprise clients in banking, insurance, and telecommunications.

Monica holds a Bachelor of Arts in communications from Western Sydney University, Australia, and is a member of the American Marketing Association.
