Neal Ullman

Neal is a Managing Director in the Capital Markets Consulting practice at EY where he leads the Post Trade service and T+1 solution offering. Neal brings more than 25 years of experience in financial services and infrastructure with significant experience in defining strategic solutions and executing large scale transformation programs.

Prior to joining EY, Neal was a Managing Director at Barclays responsible for a strategy function focused on business transformation including the creation of shared services and global process utilities. At Barclays, Neal also managed Global Prime Service & Cross Product Post Trade Operations. Prior to this, Neal was a Managing Director at Lehman Brothers where he held various senior leadership roles including; Global Head of Clearance & Custody and European Head of Fixed Income Operations.
