Nicole Simon
Nicole Simon is a partner at Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP and is the chair of the firm’s alternative funds practice group, a founding member of the firm’s derivatives and commodities practice group and an active member of the investment management group. She counsels a diverse group of clients in the asset management industry on the broad scope of traditional and novel regulatory issues and practical considerations relevant to their initial formation and continued operations. Nicole advises investment advisers, registered investment companies, private funds, REITs, BDCs and their boards of trustees/directors on the application and interpretation of the federal securities and commodities laws. She regularly assists registered and exempt CPOs and CTAs in navigating multiple regulatory regimes. Nicole received a J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School and a B.A., with honors and highest distinction, from Pennsylvania State University’s Schreyer Honors College.
