Pamela Arnsten

Associate General Counsel, Managing Director, Wells Fargo

Pamela Arnsten is Associate General Counsel and Managing Director at Wells Fargo, leading the Global Markets Section within CIB Legal. The Markets legal team is responsible for advising on regulatory and transactional matters related to Wells Fargo’s equities; fixed income, currencies, and commodities; municipal finance; and structured product businesses.

Pam joined Wells Fargo from Citi, where she was the Global Head of Prime Services Relationship Sales and Transition Management. In that role, she managed a team of more than 50 people and was responsible for client coverage, onboarding, and client experience. Pam started her career at Davis Polk, later serving as counsel in Equities Legal at both Deutsche Bank and UBS. In addition, Pam has held several business roles at UBS, Credit Suisse, and JP Morgan. Pam earned her J.D. from New York Law School and her B.A. from the University at Albany, SUNY.
