Pascal Tagné

Pascal Tagné is Chief Compliance Officer of Deutsche Bank Group. He oversees the global Compliance department and has responsibility for reinforcing the compliance culture throughout the organization and overseeing the compliance of DB Group entities with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Before his appointment, Pascal served as Deutsche Bank Group’s Deputy Chief Compliance Officer. In addition to this position, he oversaw the Compliance functions for Germany as well as in several business divisions of the Group. He also held appointments as Head of Compliance for material entities such as Postbank and Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie. S.C.A.

Prior to joining Deutsche Bank Group in 2008, Pascal was an advisor at EY EMEA, within Regulatory and Compliance Advisory Services. Pascal commenced his career as a lawyer, gathering extensive experience in securities and capital markets transactions in international firms.
