Randy Bradshaw
Edward Jones Principal Randy Bradshaw is responsible for Branch Team Performance, which is responsible for delivering proactive and predictive support to our branch teams, allowing them to grow their practices and deeply serve clients.
Randy joined Edward Jones in 2004 as a financial advisor in Manning, S.C. By partnering with individual investors, Randy built a successful business and was recognized as one of the firm’s top 800 financial advisors.
He used the wisdom and experience he gained to help financial advisors in his region build and better serve their clients. Randy served as a new financial advisor support specialist, recruiting leader and performance leader. From 2011 until 2014, he served as a regional leader, cultivating the health, growth and leadership development of nearly 60 branch teams in South Carolina.
In 2014, Randy was named an Edward Jones principal and relocated to the firm’s St. Louis headquarters to serve in Branch and Region Development as an area leader. He contributed to the firm’s strategic priority of market-oriented growth by helping area and regional leaders realize their full potential in helping individual investors and their families reach their long-term goals. From December 2016 to May 2019, Randy co-led the Client Transition department, where he was responsible for the asset- and office-sharing programs. From May 2019 until October 2020, he assumed responsibility for Tailored Solutions in the Client Strategies Group.
A native of South Carolina, Randy has a degree in accounting and business administration from Southern Wesleyan University in Central. S.C. He and his wife, Carole Anne, have a son, Sage, and two daughters, Tyson and Wren Oliver.
