Ripple is a Partner focused on the financial services sector at Kyndryl. In her role, she partners with and guides clients on complex business and technology transformations, strategic decisions, regulatory compliance and large-scale change initiatives. Ripple has over 15 years of extensive client management & delivery experience working with financial institutions, particularly within Technology, Compliance & Risk.
Prior to joining Kyndryl, Ripple was a Managing Principal at Capco where she led delivery teams through large scale global program lifecycles spanning multi-years and vendors from governance establishment to post deployment. Her expertise spans across Delivery & Stakeholder management, Program management, IT Implementations/transformation, Business Process Optimization, Operating Model Strategy, Compliance & Regulations (Dodd-Frank, Electronic Blue Sheets, CCO Annual Reporting, DOL, Audit Findings/MRAs, SOX/SAS70s, Basel Regulations). Ripple has also worked at Goldman Sachs where she focused on credit risk capital calculations using Basel and Federal Reserve Board regulatory frameworks and performed analysis on the capital and leverage implications of trades, new business proposals and movements in regulatory capital requirements and risk weighted assets over time. She started her career at Deloitte working on risk management and control assessments using SOX/SAS70 frameworks.
Ripple has been a firm representative for various organizations such as the Women’s Bond Club to support the development of women at all levels and drive gender parity at the leadership level. Ripple holds a bachelor’s degree from the Stern School of Business, New York University where she majored in Finance and Marketing.
