Robin Stoner

Robin Stoner is a managing director in Bank of America’s Global Wealth & Investment Management division, where she serves as head of Digital Adoption and Client Experience for Merrill Lynch Wealth Management (MLWM). Robin is responsible for increasing digital adoption across both Merrill advisor and client platforms. In this role Robin manages employee training and communication strategies related to increasing productivity, developing a strong social media presence, and enhancing the client’s digital experience.

Prior to that, Robin held several management roles within Merrill supporting cross-functional initiatives, which included oversight of all technology-related training, communication, and production support. Her experience spans various technology solutions focused on digital strategy development & planning, user experience & design, and digital transformation.

Robin is also co-president of the local women’s affinity group and an active member of the Cheri Blaire Foundation for Women.

Robin has a total of 25 years of experience within the financial industry.
