Ronak Patel

Ronak Patel is a Principal in Bressler Amery and Ross’s Austin office and a member of the firm’s financial institutions and business and commercial litigation practice groups.
He represents clients nationwide in complex securities regulatory and financial litigation matters. Ronak has served as lead counsel in several high-profile investigations involving Ponzi fraud schemes, broker misconduct, complex investment products, and alleged breaches of fiduciary duties.
In addition to defending clients in regulatory investigations and litigation matters, Ronak utilizes his experience and comprehension of various securities laws such as the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and the Investment Company Act to advise clients on the formation and management of private equity. He currently serves as the Chair of the American Bar Association’s State Regulation of Securities Committee.
