Rosario Chiarenza

Rosario Chiarenza is the Global Head of Swap Dealer Risk and Controls at Citi where he oversees first line risk and control processes for Citi’s Swap Dealer and Security-Based Swap Dealer legal entities. Previously, Rosario was the Head of Compliance Regulatory Reform Strategy and the Chief Compliance Officer for Morgan Stanley’s principal Swap Dealer. Rosario is a lawyer by training with extensive experience in financial services, including serving as US Public Policy Counsel at ISDA where he covered US regulatory and policy matters both at the federal and state level. Rosario earned his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where he was a member of the Cardozo Law Review and earned his B.A. from The Johns Hopkins University.
