Sebastian Tiger

SEBASTIAN TIGER,  Executive Director, is currently the Head of Americas Fixed Income Compliance and Co-Head of Americas Sales and Trading Compliance for Morgan Stanley’s Institutional Securities Group.  Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2018, he held senior roles in Compliance at Bridgewater Associates, Barclays and Credit Suisse.  From 2003 to 2006, he served as Senior Markets Advisor in the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s  Office of Enforcement (and its predecessor Office of Market Oversight and Investigations) and the Office of Energy Market Regulation. Previous to joining the Commission, he was an investment banker at ABN AMRO, Lazard and Lehman Brothers providing advice to the power and energy sectors. He received his BA, Cum Laude, from Yale University and earned an MA in International Relations from the Fletcher School.
