Shanda Hastings

Shanda Hastings is Senior Lead Counsel in Wells Fargo’s Regulatory Enforcement & Investigations group. Prior to joining Wells Fargo in 2017, Shanda was a partner in the Government Enforcement, Internal Investigations & Litigation practice group at K&L Gates LLP. Since graduating law school in 2004, Shanda’s legal career has been focused on representing financial institutions, public and private companies, and officers and directors in government investigations and examinations as well as conducting internal investigations. Shanda is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
