Shanna Green

Shanna Green is Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking Legal – Equity Capital Markets at Jefferies LLC, where she is responsible for overseeing and advising on all legal aspects of investment banking and equity capital markets transactions, including public and private offerings, cross-border transactions, registered and Rule 144 block trades, agented and broker transactions, bought deals, special purpose acquisition companies and at-the-market offerings. Shanna has worked at Jefferies for 14 years and has over 20 years of legal experience. Prior to Jefferies, Shanna was an associate at international law firms in New York and London where she represented companies and underwriters on a wide range of transactions including initial public offerings, Reg S/Rule 144A transactions and advised on SEC reporting matters. Shanna is a member of the City Bar of New York and volunteers in their pro bono legal clinic.
