Soneel Raj

Soneel Raj is the US General Manager for Financial Services at Kyndryl. Soneel is a 32-year veteran of the financial services industry, having served in senior operating and advisory roles across the banking and insurance verticals in Asia, Australia, Europe, and North America. He joins Kyndryl from Cognizant where he was a senior leader in the Banking Financial Services vertical and led Banking strategy and solutions globally. Other notable roles include Head of Strategy and Transformation for Citibank’s Global Consumer Bank technology division; Head of Technology and Operations (Global Shared Services) for Royal Bank of Scotland’s Markets and International Banking division; Senior Advisor to McKinsey’s Digital and Financial Industries Group practices in Asia; and Senior Partner in Accenture’s financial services and capital markets practice in the US.

Soneel lives in Florida with his wife of 27 years. They have 3 kids ranging from 13 to 24. He is currently learning how to golf, is an avid traveler, and a Formula 1 racing fan.
