Sulay Ringwala

Sulay began his career with Baird in 2012 and specializes in being a financial
coach to his clients. As a child, Sulay always had a passion for investments and
helping others which has follow him to his career as a financial advisor. He helps
his clients by coaching them through the most important life decisions as they
transition through different periods of their lives ensuring they avoid major
financial mistakes.

In addition to obtaining his FINRA licenses 7 & 66, Sulay is a CERTIFIED
FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) and a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst
(CDFA®) which enables him to intricately assess the financial conditions of a
client as well as define and implement their financial plan. In 2022 Sulay was
promoted to name partner of The Boosel Ringwala Group, where he and his
partner work together to build customized portfolios for their clients.

Prior to joining Baird, Sulay attended the University of Wisconsin – Madison
where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering. As a Badger
alumnus, he has served on board of the Atlanta Chapter of the University of
Wisconsin Alumni Association. Sulay hails originally from Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing
tennis, and attending sporting events.
