Theodore Snyder

Ted Snyder is a partner at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP. He has more than 30 years of experience representing financial services institutions and their executives in complex commercial matters in federal and state court litigation and arbitrations. Ted also represents broker-dealers, investment advisors, public companies and individuals in regulatory and internal investigations, and defends them in enforcement proceedings initiated by regulators, including the SEC, FINRA, CFTC, NYSE and state regulatory bodies. Ted is a graduate of Harvard Law School, where he was an editor of the Harvard Law Review, and has undergraduate degrees from the Wharton School and the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania.
