Thomas (Tommy) Mullins is the Head of Employment Law (Employment, Incentives & Pensions) for Barclays, Americas.  Prior to beginning at Barclays last year, he spent 15 years at BNP Paribas, including in Employee Relations and leading BNP Paribas’ Employment Law team.

Tommy began his career as an attorney in the Labor and Employment group at Proskauer Rose.  He graduated from Columbia Law School where he was an Editor of the Law Review and a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.  Tommy received his bachelor’s degree from Cornell University’s School of Industrial & Labor Relations.  He is also a FINRA Arbitrator and obtained a certificate in Mediation from Harvard Law School’s Program on Mediation.
