Tracie Cleveland-Thomas

SVP, Digital Transformation Executive, Key Bank

Tracie joined KeyBank in August 2021 as a Senior Vice President (SVP) Digital Transformation Executive. Her role is to provide strategic direction and consultative services across all segments within KeyBank focused on improving the client and employee experience. She leads a team of Process Engineers responsible for process optimization and the enablement of digitization as well as oversight of hyper-automation capability uplift focused on digital transformation. Tracie has over 23 years of experience Information Technology spanning multiple industries such as financial services, insurance, automotive and government. Engineering is Tracie’s background with a dual degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University (OSU) where she was also a collegiate athlete in Track & Field. She loves giving back to her community and is a member of several organizations such as National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), Women in Technology International (WITI) and BlackTech_614. An important aspect of Tracie’s life is her son, Cameron, who is a Sophomore at the University of Akron. Raising him as a single Mom truly shaped and impacted her life and why she started her own non-profit, DNA Rising. For DNA, Tracie is the Vice President whose mission is to provide adequate housing for distressed Veterans and single Mothers within the inner cities of Cleveland, Ohio. Tracie also serves on several other boards to include The Ohio State University Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) Advisory Council and Move To PROSPER.
