Tracy Eichler
Ms. Eichler is Managing Director, Private Client Services at SIFMA. She is a Wealth Management regulatory, legislative, and investment product specialist. As a staff advisor to the Private Client Services Committee, she ensures consistent engagement in the most important areas of regulatory reform affecting financial advisors and retail investors. She leverages investment product experience and expertise to lead numerous product-driven Roundtables focusing on the business activities and regulatory risks of SIFMA member firms.
Prior to joining SIFMA, Ms. Eichler was Senior Vice President of Themes Research at Citi Global Wealth Management from 2007-2010. At Citi, she was responsible for bringing new ideas, perspectives and thinking on demographic, technological and political trends. Before joining Citi, Ms. Eichler was Vice President, Senior Investment Strategist at Merrill Lynch from 2005-2007, where she was responsible for leveraging global research to recommend Exchange Traded Fund strategies. From 1991-2005 Ms. Eichler held various positions at PaineWebber/UBS. From 1999-2005 Ms. Eichler was Executive Director, and Senior Investment Strategist at UBS, where she articulated Wealth Management strategy to investors, and the media. She jointly developed and analyzed the UBS Index of Investor Optimism, and created a best-in-class award winning Women & Investing workshop that captured the attention of government officials, and key corporate accounts.
Ms. Eichler holds a B.A. in Geography, with a concentration in international business and economics from the University of Buffalo.
