Tricia Haskins
Tricia Haskins is head of Integration Solutions for Fidelity Brokerage Technology (FBT), the Fidelity Investments division that supports Fidelity’s fund, brokerage, capital market, custody, and clearing activities. Fidelity Investments is a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing, and other financial products and services to institutions, financial intermediaries, and individuals.
In this role, Ms. Haskins leads product strategy, development, and deployment for Platform Integration Solutions in Fidelity Institutional. With over 20 years in financial services, Ms. Haskins leverages her experience working with clients, along with her leadership position in the industry, to inform her work and promote the continued evolution of wealth management technology. She and her team are responsible for the Integration Xchange digital store, the one-stop shop for firms to explore and build solutions that meet their business needs. They are also focused on providing integration solutions for Fidelity Institutional firms supporting our clearing and custody clients and FinTech providers. Additionally, she frequently speaks at Fidelity, industry, and client-facing conferences and events, and serves as a subject matter expert for media, industry consultants, and solution providers when they are seeking insights and best practices.
Prior to assuming her current role, Ms. Haskins was head of technology and platform consulting for Fidelity Institutional, where she and her team worked with firms to leverage the technology ecosystem to drive growth, client service, and productivity goals. Prior to that, she was a product manager on WealthCentral for the Family Offices platform managing the alternative investments self-service tool and reporting.
Ms. Haskins has an extensive track record of helping firms develop and implement a digitally enabled strategy to grow their business by attracting more diverse clients, expanding into new segments, and addressing changing client expectations. She uses a client-oriented approach in helping firms to achieve their business goals and create lasting value for clients and the firm.
Prior to joining Fidelity in 2004, Ms. Haskins managed the operations of an independent advisor in San Francisco before transitioning into financial technology. Additionally, she worked at Advent Software implementing a suite of technology and advising firms on how to effectively use it to manage their business. She also designed, implemented, and integrated the technology platform at a single-family office.
Ms. Haskins received her bachelor of arts degree in sociology from Wheaton College. She also holds the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses.
