Andrew Sidman

Andrew W. Sidman is the Principal of the New York office of Bressler, Amery & Ross, a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and the head of its Securities Regulatory Defense practice.  Andy also is a co-chair of the ABA’s Securities Litigation Committee’s Subcommittee on Self-Regulatory Organizations.  He is invited to speak frequently at industry forums, including the SIFMA Compliance & Legal Society Annual Conferences, other public conferences and internal conferences sponsored by clients.  Andy has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America as a “Lawyer of the Year” in Administrative/Regulatory Law in New York.  He regularly is listed in Super Lawyers, The Best Lawyers in America© and New York Magazine’s “New York Area’s Best Lawyers.”  He is a graduate of Colgate University and American University Law School.
