Jaide Massin

Jaide Massin is an Author and Principal of Soar Executive Coaching focusing on executives, leadership, career, and teams. After graduating with a Vocal Jazz Performance degree from the famed University of Miami jazz program, Jaide moved to New York City and excelled in an unexpected Executive Recruiting career placing top talent within premier global companies. After working with thousands of candidates, Jaide honed a keen understanding of the markers of career success and pivoted into professional coaching.  Jaide is an ICF Certified Coach, Certified Team Coach, Certified Professional Resume Writer, Global DISC practitioner and a Forbes Coaches Council Member.

Over the past decade, Jaide has had the privilege of coaching high-level C-suite professionals at global Fortune 50 companies as well as individuals at various stages in their careers.
