The primary market continued to remain closed. During the second quarter, EUR 81.2 billion was issued, with 99% of all securities retained. Two transactions were placed near the end of the second quarter, the first a GBP 430.7 million (EUR 512.6 million) UK CMBS public placement and the second a EUR 331.6 million Spanish RMBS private placement.
