SIFMA and other associations provide comments to the U.S. House of Representatives on the Commodity Markets Transparency and Accountability Act of 2008 (H.R.6604). The groups urges the members of the House to oppose H.R. 6604, because of concerns about the effect of this bill on the futures and derivatives markets.
