Regulation (NASDR) on two proposals: 1) Proposed Rule 3121, which governs a member’s use of customer confidential financial information; and 2) Proposed Rule 2460, which restricts the payment of referral fees by NASD members, NASD Regulation Notices to Members 97-12 and 97-11.
